Our house is a 21 year old stucco home here in hot, southern NM and it is time to fix it, but we do not know how to select someone who will do a good job and there are many to choose from. I have asked several who have had the elastomeric done to their homes and all seem satisfied, but all had different contractors. What are some good questions to ask when interviewing?
