Interior Paint Color Schemes

Looking to tie your home together with some coordinating colors throughout your home? Look no further, I have some ideas for you.
Picking the perfect colors for your home is no small task. Unfortunately you’ll never truly know if you like the color you chose until its up and painted on your walls. After that it’s pretty annoying and time consuming to paint over it if you decided you can’t live with it, but it happens all the time.
What I’m hoping is I can suggest some paint color schemes that will look good in everyone’s home. The idea is to create a scheme of coordinating colors throughout the house to make it look like you hired an interior designer. The big help is that these colors will play off of each other. A nice lazy gray for the kitchen and a beautiful light french gray for the dining room. Using colors that compliment each other can really bring your home together.  I inserted some images below for example.
Another great idea is the use colors from a picture that inspires you, pictures of nature tend to provide great color palettes, these colors work really well together and can create a beautiful peaceful tone for your home. The images above are other great example of what I’m referring to.
I found an amazing website that will take any image that you have and turn it into a palette. It’s called palettegenerator.com and its very easy to use. Simply have your image saved on whatever device you are using and upload it to the website. You can upload multiple and click between the images you uploaded to easier choose ones you like better. You can also change the number of colors you have in the palette.
Pinterest is a great way to find these color schemes or palettes and its where I found most of my ideas. I’ll link my board here so you can explore all the pins and hopefully find a scheme that works for you and your home. Now of course there’s no one color fits all but there are so many beautiful color combinations to choose from, there will definitely be one or two that really speak to you. From what I’ve noticed there’s really been a trend of grays and blues for home interiors.
