Covering and protecting flooring and furniture with clean drop cloths and plastic. We apply minor patching to major drywall repair, matching existing texture. All walls get bladed and clean prior to painting and all wood gets sanded. We use at least a 55 year caulking and is applied on all baseboards and door jambs. All new wood, drywall and patches receive a coat of primer. All finishes will be applied at full coverage with a minimum of two coats.

A complete power wash. We protect all windows, fixtures concrete and plants. We apply a stucco patching with a cement base patching material where stucco has been cracked or damaged. We use elastomeric patching compound on split wood along with a 55 year caulking where needed. All raw stucco and wood receives a coat of primer. All finishes will be applied at full coverage with a minimum of two coats. We are well knowledge with a wide variety of exterior coatings including elastomerics

If the surface is new like unpainted drywall or wood we give it our 3 coat system of 1 coat primer and 2 coats of the desired finish. We Prime all woodwork before applying caulking or spackle. All walls receive a back roll for optimum touch ups. All wood work gets sanded between coats. Certified payroll and MSDS available upon request.
